Efficient Management Of Small Files In Cloud Storage

Triofox excels in organizing, accessing, and securing small files, ensuring efficient cloud storage management. It facilitates seamless transfer, storage, and retrieval of files, regardless of size, from archival to operational, simplifying processes and cutting costs.

The majority of files managed are on the smaller side, typically less than five megabytes. While there are some larger files, the focus is on optimizing the management of small files, documents, and similar data.

Data will be replicated and synced to our in-house server as a backup, using AWS as a primary and our in-house as a secondary storage. After initial one-way sync to AWS, a two-way sync will ensure data integrity and up-to-date backups.

The timeline can vary, but it's crucial to first migrate the data to the cloud. Following this, a session with the AWS team will initiate the AWS data sync part. The process, depending on changes, should take a week or two.

Triofox server upkeep is minimal, requiring an upgrade once every quarter that takes about ten minutes. Any necessary Windows patches can also be updated during this time.

Initial training for the first upgrade will be provided, where Sean will guide through the process. Further support and guidance will be available as needed to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
